Osborne had the product we were looking for at a good price. Arrived in a timely manner with appropriate packaging. We were looking for decorative touches for a cabinet. We wish there was more selection for modern/contemporary styles as those seem to be harder to find generally. But we would recommend Osborne to others.

I had to call my order in as I had some trouble with my online order. The woman at the other end was very helpful and pleasant. She took my order quickly and my order was delivered in short order. Very happy with the experience.

The description of the table slides and which ones to order was accurate and helpful. The slides came quickly. The direction and set up was easy and the product worked great. Big upgrade for the dining table they were used on. The only complaint around the shop was that the slides were not solid maple, the were solid maple finger jointed together.

I really appreciate how they kept me informed and delivered once product was in.

I love the set of maple legs I purchased from Osborn Wood. A local wood shop, Long Leaf Wood, made an amazing desk with them and I'm very pleased. They carried a very hard to find trim piece that I needed. The price was good, and it shipped very quickly.

I had not been able to find this millwork anywhere else. It was exactly what I wanted. Process was easy. Payment simple. I was given email notifications on order and shipment status. All good. I was blown away how fast the response was from the time that I ordered till the time that the legs had arrived at my shop. The lady on the phone said they didn't have the legs ready to go in stock but that they would get the done and shipped out.
