I ordered some island legs and Osborne was the only place that had the style I wanted in the wood I needed. They arrived within a week of ordering in great condition. Will definitely use them again in my next project.

Inherited a knotty pine kitchen table that we intend to use as an island. Needed taller legs to make that happen. Osborne had a great selection with different woods and prices. Was able to choose knotty pine legs in a much more modern style. Have not installed them yet but they are solidly made, no damages to the wood and they arrived very quickly.

Excellent consumer service. Personally called to say that my inlay selection was on back order and to give me other options to complete my order.

The person who helped me was very good and offered great service. I wanted 4 acrylic sofa legs and was told you only had 2 in stock based on the number I gave her. Once I scrolled down the page and saw the number for a set of 4 she checked and had four available. My fault for not being better prepared.

I am always satisfied with your service. It is top-notch, better than a lot of vendors we deal with.

The kit is really good. A few things I would change is either providing or recommending a drill bit for drilling out the holes for the long screws that connect from the skirt to the leg. For the red oak it’s hard to drive the screws in directly. A slightly longer bit for the screwdriver would be helpful too.

My order was delivered quickly. Osborne communicated very effectively all aspects of my order. I’m a happy customer and will always use Osborne for my trim when possible.
