Very quick processing and good communication. Website wasn't the most user friendly as it took a little while to find what I was looking for, had to scroll through a number of items that weren't relevant to my search.

Speedy delivery. The legs that I ordered seem to be of high-quality. I have yet to stain them to match my kitchen cabinets. Hopefully they take stain well. Will review after I get them stained.

Osborne made a custom dining room table leg to replace a broken one. The process of giving them the initial specifications, approval of the sketches provided, and final production and delivery of the new table leg took less than a week.

the item I received wasn't what I wanted. I called the customer service number and spoke to them about a return. They were very quick, and agreeable. I was a bit surprised to find wood putty filler on the good side of the legs I ordered. That represents more of a challenge in getting a good final product to my customers and required more work on my part. But not enough to send the leg back for replacement.
