The ordering process was very easy and very price forward. There was no hidden fees. Every wood had the price next to it so cost was well known. Shipping was fast and very well packaged.
Shape and finish of the legs is great but the color match of the pieces of white oak ain't too nice. Even after staining there is a stripey appearance. More care should be taken to glue up pieces that are similar in color.
I rarely, if ever, provide feedback. But Osborne has been so incredible impressive with their services that I had to. The timing, professionalism, prices, and follow up after I received my order to make sure Im happy, has led me to order more things through their company.

The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.
Your customer service is excellent. I email in my order and it is always expedited quickly and accurately.
They carried a very hard to find trim piece that I needed. The price was good, and it shipped very quickly.
Speedy delivery. The legs that I ordered seem to be of high-quality. I have yet to stain them to match my kitchen cabinets. Hopefully they take stain well. Will review after I get them stained.
