Customer support was outstanding. Embarrassed that I can't remember the associate's name, but she was patient, friendly and very helpful. Maybe cheaper shipping options. Could not find one of these 3 items so ordered off Amazon to get free shipping, centering pins, leaf locks, levelers. Design and finish was outstanding. Instructions very good. Maybe have a selection of #10 cabinet screws you could order, had to use deck screws with washers to make it a cabinet type head.

Osborne is one of the only suppliers I can find for small wood molding/trim. I use these a lot in my artwork. I wish shipping costs could be reduced because the shipping costs me almost as much as the product. But all wood trims are securely packaged and shipped quickly.
