I was blown away how fast the response was from the time that I ordered till the time that the legs had arrived at my shop. The lady on the phone said they didn't have the legs ready to go in stock but that they would get the done and shipped out. This speaks volumes for this company that there process and procedures are in alignment. I wish my company was that organized. I will be purchasing from them again.

Hi, Your staff & service was great. Very friendly, helpful and the product arrived when they said it would. The only negative I see is that the pieces that I bought are rough and will require a lot of sanding. Is there an option to buy from Osbourne pre sanded bamboo stick material?

the item I received wasn't what I wanted. I called the customer service number and spoke to them about a return. They were very quick, and agreeable. I was able to complete the process in the matter of a couple of minutes. I am satisfied with the outcome of the entire process. Everyone was easy to deal with and very professional.

The website was very easy to use. My order was processed and shipped within a day! I received my order two days later. Everything was in excellent condition. The product was just as described and of very good quality. After my order arrived I received a call and email confirming that I received my order and that it was in perfect condition. Ordering online was quick and easy. Shipment came in a timely fashion. Packing seemed a little worn. But materials came undamaged. We have ordered twice with Osborne. Extremely helpful if you need it. Good quality of products.

The spiral table legs look fantastic. Just wished they were packaged a little better. I’d suggest wrapping each leg individually to avoid dents and dings.
