Excellent customer service. Fast shipping, there have been many times I'll receive my table legs in less than 24 hrs. Reliable product, I've never received anything from them that wasn't top quality. This is a fantastic company. Ordered a custom built kitchen island. Everyone was super helpful from start to finish and in a very timely maner. We love the product and will definitely use Osborne Wood Products again.
Delivery was much faster than promised. Wood quality was very good. Appreciated the follow up with a phone call to make sure everything was acceptable and my orders have been relatively small. Only possible suggestion would be if the faux bamboo would have been sanded a little more - but understand some customers may want it slightly rough.

Your shipping department did an excellent job packaging the legs. I'm glad they did the outer cardboard was damaged in transit. The legs were fine when I opened the box. Your pictures on website don't do your product justice. The legs I ordered are beautiful. When I'm finished with the table I plan on ordering legs for a bench. The items were delivered in a few days and the quality was very good.
Company called immediately after I ordered online to let me know my selection would be slightly delayed. We worked out an alternative selection that was in stock and it was promptly shipped. Cost on alternative was adjusted to the original pricing. Furniture feet arrived and are great. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
I would say in this particular order your service was optimal because it was a special order and you were able to complete that in a quick return around amount of time with the best possible product results. The only area I felt could be improved would be timeliness in responding to my request. for a special order I ended up having to email a few days later to see if you are able to complete that task or not before I got an answer.

Ordering from the website was easy with a nice selection of legs to choose from. The legs I received were well made and perfect for my project. This was my second purchase from Osborne and it was once again perfect! Got what I needed fast at a fair price. Always just what I needed.
Shape and finish of the legs is great but the color match of the pieces of white oak ain't too nice. Even after staining there is a stripey appearance. More care should be taken to glue up pieces that are similar in color.
Great company to work with. Their customer service has followed up with every order purchased. If an item is not in stock it usually can be made the same or next day so turn around on orders is quick also.
