The person who helped me was very good and offered great service. I wanted 4 acrylic sofa legs and was told you only had 2 in stock based on the number I gave her. 2nd time I have ordered from Osborn, and each time has been such a pleasure talking to someone that really knows the products they are selling. First time I ordered black walnut base for a dining table, the quality of the base and the ease of assembly was great. 2nd order, table slides and alignment pins were exactly as advertised. I have nothing but praise for the products I have received from Osborn. Don’t change a thing.

The inlay banding I bought is very good quality and I would buy it again. However, I think the amount you charge for postage is not justified by the weight and size of the packaging.

I had not been able to find this millwork anywhere else. It was exactly what I wanted. Process was easy. Payment simple. I was given email notifications on order and shipment status. All good. I even received a phone call to ensure product arrived. 5 stars. The only downside was I believe shipping costs were to high.

It was so easy to find the style of island legs that we wanted for our kitchen. The information and pictures available made it really easy to shop for the island legs.
