The quality of the product was very good. I would definitely use Osborne as my go to for furniture parts.
The website is a little difficult to use. There is not a return button or an easy way to return to the home page.

I ordered a set of 4 kitchen table legs. I received them promptly and they where just what I needed.

Company called immediately after I ordered online to let me know my selection would be slightly delayed. We worked out an alternative selection that was in stock and it was promptly shipped. Cost on alternative was adjusted to the original pricing. Furniture feet arrived and are great. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

The spiral table legs look fantastic. Just wished they were packaged a little better. I’d suggest wrapping each leg individually to avoid dents and dings.

only took one phone call to get done what i needed. once agreed thats what i wanted confirmed through email and 8 days later it showed up on my doorstep. follow up phone call from company confirmed i had it and was pleased with their work. definitely would order from this company again.

The website was very easy to use. My order was processed and shipped within a day! I received my order two days later. Everything was in excellent condition. The product was just as described and of very good quality. After my order arrived I received a call and email confirming that I received my order and that it was in perfect condition. I feel that price is high because there is not a lot of options for buying legs in the market hence they deliver high pricing. No contractor pricing so I only use when I have to.

The shipping costs are high given the weight and size, especially since other companies offer much lower shipping costs or offer it free through Amazon Prime.

Walnut feet arrived fast and appeared as advertised. What was nice is the follow up phone call and email and show my satisfaction.

The inlay banding I bought is very good quality and I would buy it again. However, I think the amount you charge for postage is not justified by the weight and size of the packaging.
