The inlay banding I bought is very good quality and I would buy it again. However, I think the amount you charge for postage is not justified by the weight and size of the packaging.

The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.
The entire transaction went smoothly in all respects. Products were well described, purchase procedures were clear (a rare situation with many other businesses), and the order was delivered intact and on time.
