I ordered a set of 4 kitchen table legs. I received them promptly and they where just what I needed.

I feel that price is high because there is not a lot of options for buying legs in the market hence they deliver high pricing. No contractor pricing so I only use when I have to.

There was a glitch in the order in that the item ordered was out of stock. I was contacted and presented with the situation quickly and was given the time frame the situation would be corrected. I was delayed in may project but I could absorb the change. When another delay occurred I was again notified until the product was shipped. I was appreciative of the truthfulness of the business which allowed me to make decisions about project plans.

The description of the table slides and which ones to order was accurate and helpful. The slides came quickly. The direction and set up was easy and the product worked great. Big upgrade for the dining table they were used on. The only complaint around the shop was that the slides were not solid maple, the were solid maple finger jointed together.

The person who helped me was very good and offered great service. I wanted 4 acrylic sofa legs and was told you only had 2 in stock based on the number I gave her. Once I scrolled down the page and saw the number for a set of 4 she checked and had four available. My fault for not being better prepared.

The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.

Service and product was good and as expected, would recommend this company as a whole to any business.

My moulding was damaged in shipping. I called the customer service department and had replacement moulding in hand in two days. I highly recommend Osborne to everyone.
