Osborne provides quality products at a reasonable price in a timely fashion

Completely satisfied with our order. Received the table base quickly and it was in great condition . Very easy to assemble and looked nice when finished.

The kit is really good. A few things I would change is either providing or recommending a drill bit for drilling out the holes for the long screws that connect from the skirt to the leg. For the red oak it’s hard to drive the screws in directly. A slightly longer bit for the screwdriver would be helpful too.

Easy ordering good selection fair pricing arrived on time and Osborne followed up to see that the order arrived.

I would say in this particular order your service was optimal because it was a special order and you were able to complete that in a quick return around amount of time with the best possible product results. The product was perfect and exactly as advertised. There was only one problem. The instructions told me to drill a whole at 3/4in but it was supposed to be 1/2in. It was a easy fix, and when I told the service rep when they reached out to me. They were so respectful and kind and took ownership of the instructions while I took ownership of not measuring the female Dowell. I would 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The order was processed very quickly and we received it within days. I received a call days later following up to ensure the order was received and OK. Nobody does that these days and I really appreciated their interest. I am impressed.

I love the set of maple legs I purchased from Osborn Wood. A local wood shop, Long Leaf Wood, made an amazing desk with them and I'm very pleased. Really nothing to improve here - I picked the product of my liking and ordered it. I received the product fast and it was exactly how it was described and, more important, exactly how I imagined it to be.
A small detail for improvement. I ordered the first time with Osborne and I could not create an user account during the order process - it would not accept my email address. I had to create an account first and then log in to order.

Great products. I've ordered many legs and table slides and the quality has always been great. Any problems have been quickly resolved with no issues.
