2nd time I have ordered from Osborn, and each time has been such a pleasure talking to someone that really knows the products they are selling. I really appreciate that Osborne sells unique wood products that can be really difficult to find elsewhere. The quality is great, and the processing time is really quick, but I do think the shipping costs are a bit high compared to other sites. When purchasing hard-to-find items I am willing to overlook the costs.
