The only negative I have is that there was no installation information. I guess it is assumed that all customers are experienced wood craftspeople but that is not the case. If you don't want to send instructions with each order, at least have them available when a customer asks for help.

I would say in this particular order your service was optimal because it was a special order and you were able to complete that in a quick return around amount of time with the best possible product results. The only area I felt could be improved would be timeliness in responding to my request. for a special order I ended up having to email a few days later to see if you are able to complete that task or not before I got an answer.

Our company doesn't require the products very often, but when we do, the service we get from Osborne is always good quality and the service is very efficient.

I continue to order/purchase from Osborne due to the friendly and speedy service. Not so sure that I agree there should be a $40 charge for a CAD drawing that simply indicates measurement details. If the style ordered is completely custom, that would be more acceptable.

I love that Osborne Wood Products has such a wide selection.

The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.

Osborne made a custom dining room table leg to replace a broken one. The process of giving them the initial specifications, approval of the sketches provided, and final production and delivery of the new table leg took less than a week.
