I have always been overly pleased with the high quality craftmanship AND service that I have received and continue to receive from Osborne Wood Products! I refer everyone I know to Osborne Wood Products for anything that you may carry. I especially love the fact that I always get a follow up call to be sure that all was well with the products received and my satisfaction.

The kit is really good. A few things I would change is either providing or recommending a drill bit for drilling out the holes for the long screws that connect from the skirt to the leg. For the red oak it’s hard to drive the screws in directly. A slightly longer bit for the screwdriver would be helpful too.

only took one phone call to get done what i needed. once agreed thats what i wanted confirmed through email and 8 days later it showed up on my doorstep. follow up phone call from company confirmed i had it and was pleased with their work. definitely would order from this company again.

The person who helped me was very good and offered great service. I wanted 4 acrylic sofa legs and was told you only had 2 in stock based on the number I gave her. Once I scrolled down the page and saw the number for a set of 4 she checked and had four available. My fault for not being better prepared.

I am totally satisfied with both the service and the product. I would certainly recommend this company to everyone. I received my order amazingly quickly and the person I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. The circa 1840’s country desk is going to have a new life after missing it’s feet for who knows how many decades.

I was a bit surprised to find wood putty filler on the good side of the legs I ordered. That represents more of a challenge in getting a good final product to my customers and required more work on my part. But not enough to send the leg back for replacement.

This is a fantastic company. Ordered a custom built kitchen island. Everyone was super helpful from start to finish and in a very timely maner. We love the product and will definitely use Osborne Wood Products again.

The spindles are flawless. The delivery service left the box in the rain without a bag on it. I left work to get it out of the rain before any damage could be done.

The product was shipped quickly and arrived intact. I is just as advertised. I haven’t yet put it on my table, but I don’t foresee a problem. Service was very good.

I would say in this particular order your service was optimal because it was a special order and you were able to complete that in a quick return around amount of time with the best possible product results. The only area I felt could be improved would be timeliness in responding to my request. for a special order I ended up having to email a few days later to see if you are able to complete that task or not before I got an answer.

Order arrived quickly (2 days) and was exactly what was needed to repair our dining table. I also received a call checking if order arrived and was OK. A nice touch I appreciated. No more sag in table and operates as it should. We are very pleased.

The product I wanted had a long lead time but received the 4 wooded legs 3 weeks before originally date. Wooded legs were individually shrinked wrapped and well protected for shipping.
