I am a relative newbie to wood working and will never have the tools to build stable completely on my own. The table base kits I have purchased have allowed me to build a beautiful table twice .
There were a number of problems with the delivery, all caused by FedEx. The people I spoke to at Osborne Wood were very helpful, and the company stood behind that. Two replacement orders had to be made - one ruined by rain, one went missing (both were not properly delivered to my house), but the co. ordered the replacements without complaint. I would absolutely recommend to others! And I will never order anything that has to be delivered by FedEx again.
Excellent customer service. Fast shipping, there have been many times I'll receive my table legs in less than 24 hrs. Reliable product, I've never received anything from them that wasn't top quality. A small detail for improvement. I ordered the first time with Osborne and I could not create an user account during the order process - it would not accept my email address. I had to create an account first and then log in to order.

Excellent customer service, Ive used the pedestal slides several times and recently used the standard slides for a 17 table. The slides at heavy duty and I would recommend them to anyone!!
I continue to order/purchase from Osborne due to the friendly and speedy service. Not so sure that I agree there should be a $40 charge for a CAD drawing that simply indicates measurement details. If the style ordered is completely custom, that would be more acceptable.
