The product I wanted had a long lead time but received the 4 wooded legs 3 weeks before originally date. Wooded legs were individually shrinked wrapped and well protected for shipping.
Ordering was so easy and finalizing was perfect. Worked through some minor changes for the perfect base to an antique table we have as a coffee table. Looks as good as the original.
The customer service from Osborne was above board. Their pricing was better than Amazon. They shipped immediately, I believe I received my order within 2 days. No improvements needed
The product was exactly what I needed and it was described and pictured perfectly on line. It arrived in a few days. Couldnt ask for any better service or product.
The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.
Quick shipping, great customer service and quality products. They even called to make sure I received and had any questions about my online order.

I was blown away how fast the response was from the time that I ordered till the time that the legs had arrived at my shop. The lady on the phone said they didn't have the legs ready to go in stock but that they would get the done and shipped out.
