It was so easy to find the style of island legs that we wanted for our kitchen. The information and pictures available made it really easy to shop for the island legs. Shipping was fast and they arrived without any damage. They even followed up with a phone call after we received our package to make sure everything was good with our order. Speedy delivery. The legs that I ordered seem to be of high-quality. I have yet to stain them to match my kitchen cabinets. Hopefully they take stain well. Will review after I get them stained.
The product was perfect and exactly as advertised. There was only one problem. The instructions told me to drill a whole at 3/4in but it was supposed to be 1/2in. It was a easy fix, and when I told the service rep when they reached out to me. They were so respectful and kind and took ownership of the instructions while I took ownership of not measuring the female Dowell. I would 10 out of 10 would recommend.
I would say in this particular order your service was optimal because it was a special order and you were able to complete that in a quick return around amount of time with the best possible product results. The only area I felt could be improved would be timeliness in responding to my request. for a special order I ended up having to email a few days later to see if you are able to complete that task or not before I got an answer.
The order was received quickly after placing online, and received in good condition. I was also happy to receive a personal call a day later to confirm we had received the order as expected. Great Customer Service and the corbel we received was beautiful. :)
