Everything went smooth.as glass, order form was easy, product was great and the only thing that surprised me a little was how quickly it got here. very impressed.

My experience was great. My original order was damaged in transit. The customer service person took all of my information and had another shipment sent. I had the new moulding in hand in two days. I will order from Osborne in the future.
Shape and finish of the legs is great but the color match of the pieces of white oak ain't too nice. Even after staining there is a stripey appearance. More care should be taken to glue up pieces that are similar in color.
Felt like I just hit "enter" to complete the order and it shows up!

Excellent customer service. Fast shipping, there have been many times I'll receive my table legs in less than 24 hrs. Reliable product, I've never received anything from them that wasn't top quality. Awesome table foot , worked with some minor adjustments after being finished the bolts were wider than my original leg so I had to drill a hole for one bolt to make it work but otherwise it works great even better than the original 100% recommend this product to anyone looking to build a table or replace a table foot will probably order the other 3 needed so it all matches :)

We wish there was more selection for modern/contemporary styles as those seem to be harder to find generally. But we would recommend Osborne to others.

I really appreciate that Osborne sells unique wood products that can be really difficult to find elsewhere. The quality is great, and the processing time is really quick, but I do think the shipping costs are a bit high compared to other sites. When purchasing hard-to-find items I am willing to overlook the costs.
