The rating is for both the products (I buy inlay strips for various woodworking projects) and for the customer service Osborne. They are helpful when I'm placing an order and I always appreciate the follow-up call that they make to confirm that I'm happy with my products.
The spiral table legs look fantastic. Just wished they were packaged a little better. Id suggest wrapping each leg individually to avoid dents and dings.

Osborne made a custom dining room table leg to replace a broken one. The process of giving them the initial specifications, approval of the sketches provided, and final production and delivery of the new table leg took less than a week.

As usual, customer support was superb. I was disappointed in the color match of the table leg laminations. Osborne replaced them immediately and provided return shipping for me to send the original ones back.
