The customer service rep that I spoke to about changing the shipping date was a delight to work with. She went into the order and changed the shipping date for me (I was going to be out of town when the order should arrive) so that I would not have to cancel the order and then reorder. As always the Leg Kit arrived unscathed from shipping and ready for finishing and final assembly.
The Osborne website was easy to navigate. After placing my order I received a quick response/confirmation. The product arrived quickly and well packaged.

I ordered a set of 4 kitchen table legs. I received them promptly and they where just what I needed.
The website was very easy to use. My order was processed and shipped within a day! I received my order two days later. Everything was in excellent condition. I would say in this particular order your service was optimal because it was a special order and you were able to complete that in a quick return around amount of time with the best possible product results. The only area I felt could be improved would be timeliness in responding to my request. for a special order I ended up having to email a few days later to see if you are able to complete that task or not before I got an answer.
