Great service and fast shipping. I love the options available and ability to customize and pick from so many selections. I ordered some island legs and Osborne was the only place that had the style I wanted in the wood I needed. They arrived within a week of ordering in great condition. the item I received wasn't what I wanted. I called the customer service number and spoke to them about a return. They were very quick, and agreeable. I was able to complete the process in the matter of a couple of minutes. I am satisfied with the outcome of the entire process. Everyone was easy to deal with and very professional.

There was a glitch in the order in that the item ordered was out of stock. I was contacted and presented with the situation quickly and was given the time frame the situation would be corrected. I was delayed in may project but I could absorb the change. When another delay occurred I was again notified until the product was shipped. I was appreciative of the truthfulness of the business which allowed me to make decisions about project plans.

I ordered a set of 4 kitchen table legs. I received them promptly and they where just what I needed.

I ordered 4 maple table legs and they are perfect in all respects. Service and shipping were excellent.

I had not been able to find this millwork anywhere else. It was exactly what I wanted. Process was easy. Payment simple. I was given email notifications on order and shipment status. All good. I even received a phone call to ensure product arrived. 5 stars. The only downside was I believe shipping costs were to high.

The website did not work for my order, but the person on the phone was extremely good.
