Customer service was very god and delivery was faster than expected.
Only problem is total cast, by the time you add duty, freight and taxes it very expensive. Eight table legs less than ***us cat me nearly ***. cad. I have ordered a catalogue and will see if there is anything else I could use

The pedestal base was delivered very quickly. Quality is outstanding. Only small issue was some slight damage to one of the legs that most likely occurred during shipping. Sanded right out. We always get quality components that are delivered on time. That is what a good supplier is supposed to do. I wish there were more like Osborne.

I did not set up a user name and password when I ordered previouslythen it would not allow me to order another item later without the user name and password. There should be a guest check out option.

I continue to order/purchase from Osborne due to the friendly and speedy service. Not so sure that I agree there should be a $40 charge for a CAD drawing that simply indicates measurement details. If the style ordered is completely custom, that would be more acceptable.
