The person who helped me was very good and offered great service. I wanted 4 acrylic sofa legs and was told you only had 2 in stock based on the number I gave her. Once I scrolled down the page and saw the number for a set of 4 she checked and had four available. My fault for not being better prepared.

I really appreciate that Osborne sells unique wood products that can be really difficult to find elsewhere. The quality is great, and the processing time is really quick, but I do think the shipping costs are a bit high compared to other sites. When purchasing hard-to-find items I am willing to overlook the costs.
Your shipping department did an excellent job packaging the legs. I'm glad they did the outer cardboard was damaged in transit. The legs were fine when I opened the box. Your pictures on website don't do your product justice. The legs I ordered are beautiful. When I'm finished with the table I plan on ordering legs for a bench. Everything about Osborne blew me away. This was my first purchase through them, and for some reason the website wouldn't accept my order. I called their number listed on the page, and in less than 5 minutes the lady on the phone completed my order, and sent confirmation. Awesome table foot , worked with some minor adjustments after being finished the bolts were wider than my original leg so I had to drill a hole for one bolt to make it work but otherwise it works great even better than the original 100% recommend this product to anyone looking to build a table or replace a table foot will probably order the other 3 needed so it all matches :)

The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.
We received just what we ordered and very quickly. Thank you!
