I had to call my order in as I had some trouble with my online order. The woman at the other end was very helpful and pleasant. She took my order quickly and my order was delivered in short order. Very happy with the experience.

Exactly what I was looking for and for a good price

Maybe cheaper shipping options. Could not find one of these 3 items so ordered off Amazon to get free shipping, centering pins, leaf locks, levelers. Design and finish was outstanding. Instructions very good. Maybe have a selection of #10 cabinet screws you could order, had to use deck screws with washers to make it a cabinet type head.

The service is impeccable. From the cheerful greeting when someone answers the phone up to the quick delivery service. I have been using Osborne products for years. Their continued and outstanding service never dissappoints.I will be a customer for life. Looking forward to my next project that i will be needing them.

The only negative I have is that there was no installation information. I guess it is assumed that all customers are experienced wood craftspeople but that is not the case. If you don't want to send instructions with each order, at least have them available when a customer asks for help.

We always get quality components that are delivered on time. That is what a good supplier is supposed to do. I wish there were more like Osborne.

I am a relative newbie to wood working and will never have the tools to build stable completely on my own. The table base kits I have purchased have allowed me to build a beautiful table twice .

The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.

Very quick service. Item was as advertised and perfectly wrapped in transit. Craftmanship was lovely and selection of wood types exceptional. Highly recommend.
