The posts I ordered were knotty pine. The problem I had with them was that there were absolutely no knots in them. I needed them to show the knots to match the existing cabinets. But, I am stuck with them because the cost to return them would not be economical. I probably wouldn't order knotty pine posts from you again. ***,

The customer service rep that I spoke to about changing the shipping date was a delight to work with. She went into the order and changed the shipping date for me (I was going to be out of town when the order should arrive) so that I would not have to cancel the order and then reorder. My experience was great. My original order was damaged in transit. The customer service person took all of my information and had another shipment sent. I had the new moulding in hand in two days. I will order from Osborne in the future.

I did not set up a user name and password when I ordered previously—then it would not allow me to order another item later without the user name and password. There should be a guest check out option.

There is a wide variety of products. I've always received excellent customer service.

Very quick service. Item was as advertised and perfectly wrapped in transit. Craftmanship was lovely and selection of wood types exceptional. Highly recommend.

Delivery was much faster than promised. Wood quality was very good. Appreciated the follow up with a phone call to make sure everything was acceptable and my orders have been relatively small. Only possible suggestion would be if the faux bamboo would have been sanded a little more - but understand some customers may want it slightly rough.
