It was so easy to find the style of island legs that we wanted for our kitchen. The information and pictures available made it really easy to shop for the island legs. Shipping was fast and they arrived without any damage. They even followed up with a phone call after we received our package to make sure everything was good with our order. Beautifully crafted corbels. They are perfectly designed, and exactly what I was hoping for.
As usual, customer support was superb. I was disappointed in the color match of the table leg laminations. Osborne replaced them immediately and provided return shipping for me to send the original ones back.

Ordering from the website was easy with a nice selection of legs to choose from. The legs I received were well made and perfect for my project. I had to return the first order because the legs I chose were too large for my table and they made the return very easy. Will definitely use them and highly recommend them to all!
The posts I ordered were knotty pine. The problem I had with them was that there were absolutely no knots in them. I needed them to show the knots to match the existing cabinets. But, I am stuck with them because the cost to return them would not be economical. I probably wouldn't order knotty pine posts from you again. ***,

The only negative I have is that there was no installation information. I guess it is assumed that all customers are experienced wood craftspeople but that is not the case. If you don't want to send instructions with each order, at least have them available when a customer asks for help.
