The lady on the phone said they didn't have the legs ready to go in stock but that they would get the done and shipped out. The product was just as described and of very good quality. After my order arrived I received a call and email confirming that I received my order and that it was in perfect condition. There were a number of problems with the delivery, all caused by FedEx. The people I spoke to at Osborne Wood were very helpful, and the company stood behind that. Two replacement orders had to be made - one ruined by rain, one went missing (both were not properly delivered to my house), but the co. ordered the replacements without complaint. I would absolutely recommend to others! And I will never order anything that has to be delivered by FedEx again.

Osborne had the product we were looking for at a good price. Arrived in a timely manner with appropriate packaging. We were looking for decorative touches for a cabinet. We wish there was more selection for modern/contemporary styles as those seem to be harder to find generally. But we would recommend Osborne to others.
