I have never been disappointed. Osborne does a wonderful job the customer service is amazing too.
The only negative I have is that there was no installation information. I guess it is assumed that all customers are experienced wood craftspeople but that is not the case. If you don't want to send instructions with each order, at least have them available when a customer asks for help.
The shipping was quick and the products were received in great shape. The quality of the workmanship was also first rate.

2nd time I have ordered from Osborn, and each time has been such a pleasure talking to someone that really knows the products they are selling.
