The customer service rep that I spoke to about changing the shipping date was a delight to work with. The order was processed very quickly and we received it within days. I received a call days later following up to ensure the order was received and OK. Nobody does that these days and I really appreciated their interest. I am impressed.

Hi, Your staff & service was great. Very friendly, helpful and the product arrived when they said it would. The only negative I see is that the pieces that I bought are rough and will require a lot of sanding. Is there an option to buy from Osbourne pre sanded bamboo stick material?

Super fast delivery. Product exactly as described. Ive also ordered your farmhouse table legs from Amazon and Ive been very pleased.
I was a bit surprised to find wood putty filler on the good side of the legs I ordered. That represents more of a challenge in getting a good final product to my customers and required more work on my part. But not enough to send the leg back for replacement.
This place is awesome and I will for sure recommend to others. I brag every chance I get.

Everything was great except one of the the legs had a shallow socket for the skirt board to fit into. We just had to saw off a bit of the skirt board peg area. Sorry cant remember proper names. Thanks!
Ordered the 2" rope molding to frame my 4X8 bathroom mirror. Appreciated the advice to finish immediately that was included. Whole process was easy and quick. Arrived within a couple days and the quality is excellent. Only issue is the shipping was extremely expensive as I ordered the 8 ft. piece. The shipping was 100.00. Insane as it was equal to my purchase price. Thinking there has got to be a method for cheaper packaging / shipping in 2024. :)

This was my first time working with Osbourne wood products and I found the staff i worked with to be professional and responsive.
I did not set up a user name and password when I ordered previouslythen it would not allow me to order another item later without the user name and password. There should be a guest check out option.
