The pedestal base was delivered very quickly. Quality is outstanding. Only small issue was some slight damage to one of the legs that most likely occurred during shipping. Sanded right out. There was a glitch in the order in that the item ordered was out of stock. I was contacted and presented with the situation quickly and was given the time frame the situation would be corrected. I was delayed in may project but I could absorb the change. When another delay occurred I was again notified until the product was shipped. I was appreciative of the truthfulness of the business which allowed me to make decisions about project plans.
I called to ask about replacing a 150 year leaf extension table hardware set. Was given great advice and explained to thoroughly the different options available. Arrived in a couple of days and was extremely easy to install. 10/10 could not have asked for better service and product.
