Really nothing to improve here - I picked the product of my liking and ordered it. I received the product fast and it was exactly how it was described and, more important, exactly how I imagined it to be.
A small detail for improvement. I ordered the first time with Osborne and I could not create an user account during the order process - it would not accept my email address. I had to create an account first and then log in to order.

I have used Osborne Wood products for 3 projects, and it has been a delight each time. The selection, pricing, and delivery were all above expectations. I received a phone call the day after delivery to ensure that everything arrived in satisfactory condition - who does that any more?

Delivery was much faster than promised. Wood quality was very good. Appreciated the follow up with a phone call to make sure everything was acceptable and my orders have been relatively small. Only possible suggestion would be if the faux bamboo would have been sanded a little more - but understand some customers may want it slightly rough.

I continue to order/purchase from Osborne due to the friendly and speedy service. Not so sure that I agree there should be a $40 charge for a CAD drawing that simply indicates measurement details. If the style ordered is completely custom, that would be more acceptable.

Great service and fast shipping. I love the options available and ability to customize and pick from so many selections. I ordered some island legs and Osborne was the only place that had the style I wanted in the wood I needed. They arrived within a week of ordering in great condition. Shape and finish of the legs is great but the color match of the pieces of white oak ain't too nice. Even after staining there is a stripey appearance. More care should be taken to glue up pieces that are similar in color.

My experience was great. My original order was damaged in transit. The customer service person took all of my information and had another shipment sent. I had the new moulding in hand in two days. I will order from Osborne in the future.

The inlay banding I bought is very good quality and I would buy it again. However, I think the amount you charge for postage is not justified by the weight and size of the packaging.
