As usual, customer support was superb. I was disappointed in the color match of the table leg laminations. Osborne replaced them immediately and provided return shipping for me to send the original ones back.

I love the set of maple legs I purchased from Osborn Wood. A local wood shop, Long Leaf Wood, made an amazing desk with them and I'm very pleased. Speedy delivery. The legs that I ordered seem to be of high-quality. I have yet to stain them to match my kitchen cabinets. Hopefully they take stain well. Will review after I get them stained.

Inherited a knotty pine kitchen table that we intend to use as an island. Needed taller legs to make that happen. Osborne had a great selection with different woods and prices. Was able to choose knotty pine legs in a much more modern style. Have not installed them yet but they are solidly made, no damages to the wood and they arrived very quickly.

There were a number of problems with the delivery, all caused by FedEx. The people I spoke to at Osborne Wood were very helpful, and the company stood behind that. Two replacement orders had to be made - one ruined by rain, one went missing (both were not properly delivered to my house), but the co. ordered the replacements without complaint. I would absolutely recommend to others! And I will never order anything that has to be delivered by FedEx again.
