There was a glitch in the order in that the item ordered was out of stock. I was contacted and presented with the situation quickly and was given the time frame the situation would be corrected. I was delayed in may project but I could absorb the change. When another delay occurred I was again notified until the product was shipped. I was appreciative of the truthfulness of the business which allowed me to make decisions about project plans.

Wow! Great customer service! I placed my order, it was shipped the same day. Received tracking information and delivered as scheduled Was packed well and received. The post I ordered are beautiful! All who see them ask “wow, where did you get those?” Osborne called to confirm that everything was satisfactory! Great product and customer service! Again WOW!!! only took one phone call to get done what i needed. once agreed thats what i wanted confirmed through email and 8 days later it showed up on my doorstep. follow up phone call from company confirmed i had it and was pleased with their work. definitely would order from this company again.

Great company to work with. Their customer service has followed up with every order purchased. If an item is not in stock it usually can be made the same or next day so turn around on orders is quick also.

Osborne wood products has the absolute best products!!! They are my go to for any type of legs or table hardware!

There were a number of problems with the delivery, all caused by FedEx. The people I spoke to at Osborne Wood were very helpful, and the company stood behind that. Two replacement orders had to be made - one ruined by rain, one went missing (both were not properly delivered to my house), but the co. ordered the replacements without complaint. I would absolutely recommend to others! And I will never order anything that has to be delivered by FedEx again.
