Shape and finish of the legs is great but the color match of the pieces of white oak ain't too nice. Even after staining there is a stripey appearance. More care should be taken to glue up pieces that are similar in color.
All the elements that I ordered were exactly what I wanted and they worked perfectly.
Osborne made a custom dining room table leg to replace a broken one. The process of giving them the initial specifications, approval of the sketches provided, and final production and delivery of the new table leg took less than a week.

I continue to order/purchase from Osborne due to the friendly and speedy service. Not so sure that I agree there should be a $40 charge for a CAD drawing that simply indicates measurement details. If the style ordered is completely custom, that would be more acceptable.
The only negative I have is that there was no installation information. I guess it is assumed that all customers are experienced wood craftspeople but that is not the case. If you don't want to send instructions with each order, at least have them available when a customer asks for help.
your product quality is first class and your employees service your clients well. Sara earned double points on this order for her patience. the only point i would make is that it should be possible to give freight estimates prior to going through the CAD process to avoid miunderstandings in the early process. Hi, Your staff & service was great. Very friendly, helpful and the product arrived when they said it would. The only negative I see is that the pieces that I bought are rough and will require a lot of sanding. Is there an option to buy from Osbourne pre sanded bamboo stick material?

Ordering from the website was easy with a nice selection of legs to choose from. The legs I received were well made and perfect for my project. I had to return the first order because the legs I chose were too large for my table and they made the return very easy. Will definitely use them and highly recommend them to all!
Customer service was very god and delivery was faster than expected.
Only problem is total cast, by the time you add duty, freight and taxes it very expensive. Eight table legs less than ***us cat me nearly ***. cad. I have ordered a catalogue and will see if there is anything else I could use
