I called their number listed on the page, and in less than 5 minutes the lady on the phone completed my order, and sent confirmation. Customer support was outstanding. Embarrassed that I can't remember the associate's name, but she was patient, friendly and very helpful. She made me comfortable with the decision that I had tentatively made and her expertise was evident as she talked me through the reasons this particular product met my requirements.
I continue to order/purchase from Osborne due to the friendly and speedy service. Not so sure that I agree there should be a $40 charge for a CAD drawing that simply indicates measurement details. If the style ordered is completely custom, that would be more acceptable.

I did not set up a user name and password when I ordered previouslythen it would not allow me to order another item later without the user name and password. There should be a guest check out option.

Speedy delivery. The legs that I ordered seem to be of high-quality. I have yet to stain them to match my kitchen cabinets. Hopefully they take stain well. Will review after I get them stained.
I bought 9 cherry legs and I wish the color of legs was more consistent. A few were all heartwood, several were a heartwood- sapwood blend and the rest mostly sapwood.
