The spiral table legs look fantastic. Just wished they were packaged a little better. Id suggest wrapping each leg individually to avoid dents and dings.
Maybe cheaper shipping options. Could not find one of these 3 items so ordered off Amazon to get free shipping, centering pins, leaf locks, levelers. Design and finish was outstanding. Instructions very good. Maybe have a selection of #10 cabinet screws you could order, had to use deck screws with washers to make it a cabinet type head.

I was a bit surprised to find wood putty filler on the good side of the legs I ordered. That represents more of a challenge in getting a good final product to my customers and required more work on my part. But not enough to send the leg back for replacement.

the item I received wasn't what I wanted. I called the customer service number and spoke to them about a return. They were very quick, and agreeable. Everything went super smooth. Better than that, actually - *** knew exactly what I needed and made the custom order a breeze. Not only that, but I ordered one day and had the order in my hands the very next day.
I had not been able to find this millwork anywhere else. It was exactly what I wanted. Process was easy. Payment simple. I was given email notifications on order and shipment status. All good. I even received a phone call to ensure product arrived. 5 stars. The only downside was I believe shipping costs were to high.
You guys are great and we love usng your products..just wish we would get more traditional and detail oriented projects so we can use even more. I predict it is coming!

I bought 9 cherry legs and I wish the color of legs was more consistent. A few were all heartwood, several were a heartwood- sapwood blend and the rest mostly sapwood.
