The kit is really good. A few things I would change is either providing or recommending a drill bit for drilling out the holes for the long screws that connect from the skirt to the leg. For the red oak its hard to drive the screws in directly. A slightly longer bit for the screwdriver would be helpful too.

The inlay banding I bought is very good quality and I would buy it again. However, I think the amount you charge for postage is not justified by the weight and size of the packaging.

Ordering from the website was easy with a nice selection of legs to choose from. The legs I received were well made and perfect for my project. The product I wanted had a long lead time but received the 4 wooded legs 3 weeks before originally date. Wooded legs were individually shrinked wrapped and well protected for shipping.
your product quality is first class and your employees service your clients well. Sara earned double points on this order for her patience. the only point i would make is that it should be possible to give freight estimates prior to going through the CAD process to avoid miunderstandings in the early process. The product and service are excellent. Keep working on your packaging solutions to get rid of styrofoam. I appreciate that you used some recyclable packing materials, but the styrofoam is nasty and creates a waste issue. Thanks!
Delivery was much faster than promised. Wood quality was very good. Appreciated the follow up with a phone call to make sure everything was acceptable and my orders have been relatively small. Only possible suggestion would be if the faux bamboo would have been sanded a little more - but understand some customers may want it slightly rough.
Product came in time, and exactly what I wanted and ordered.
The spindles are flawless. The delivery service left the box in the rain without a bag on it. I left work to get it out of the rain before any damage could be done.
