Inherited a knotty pine kitchen table that we intend to use as an island. Needed taller legs to make that happen. Osborne had a great selection with different woods and prices. Was able to choose knotty pine legs in a much more modern style. Have not installed them yet but they are solidly made, no damages to the wood and they arrived very quickly.

Delivery was much faster than promised. Wood quality was very good. Appreciated the follow up with a phone call to make sure everything was acceptable and my orders have been relatively small. Only possible suggestion would be if the faux bamboo would have been sanded a little more - but understand some customers may want it slightly rough.

I really appreciate that Osborne sells unique wood products that can be really difficult to find elsewhere. The quality is great, and the processing time is really quick, but I do think the shipping costs are a bit high compared to other sites. When purchasing hard-to-find items I am willing to overlook the costs.

The pedestal base was delivered very quickly. Quality is outstanding. Only small issue was some slight damage to one of the legs that most likely occurred during shipping. Sanded right out. Osborne is one of the only suppliers I can find for small wood molding/trim. I use these a lot in my artwork. I wish shipping costs could be reduced because the shipping costs me almost as much as the product. But all wood trims are securely packaged and shipped quickly.
