Everything was great except the shipping charges. They are too high.

I feel that price is high because there is not a lot of options for buying legs in the market hence they deliver high pricing. No contractor pricing so I only use when I have to.

Customer Service people are always great to work with. Product quality is always top notch.

The customer service rep that I spoke to about changing the shipping date was a delight to work with. The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.

The product was perfect and exactly as advertised. There was only one problem. The instructions told me to drill a whole at 3/4in but it was supposed to be 1/2in. It was a easy fix, and when I told the service rep when they reached out to me. They were so respectful and kind and took ownership of the instructions while I took ownership of not measuring the female Dowell. I would 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Everything was great except one of the the legs had a shallow socket for the skirt board to fit into. We just had to saw off a bit of the skirt board “peg” area. Sorry can’t remember proper names. Thanks!
