I bought 9 cherry legs and I wish the color of legs was more consistent. A few were all heartwood, several were a heartwood- sapwood blend and the rest mostly sapwood.

High quality products and received fast shipping and a follow up call from customer service to ensure the product was satisfactory. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My moulding was damaged in shipping. I called the customer service department and had replacement moulding in hand in two days. I highly recommend Osborne to everyone.

The product was perfect and exactly as advertised. There was only one problem. The instructions told me to drill a whole at 3/4in but it was supposed to be 1/2in. It was a easy fix, and when I told the service rep when they reached out to me. They were so respectful and kind and took ownership of the instructions while I took ownership of not measuring the female Dowell. I would 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Only problem is total cast, by the time you add duty, freight and taxes it very expensive. Eight table legs less than ***us cat me nearly ***. cad. I have ordered a catalogue and will see if there is anything else I could use

The product I wanted had a long lead time but received the 4 wooded legs 3 weeks before originally date. Wooded legs were individually shrinked wrapped and well protected for shipping.

Excellent products, delivered as promised.

The shipping costs are high given the weight and size, especially since other companies offer much lower shipping costs or offer it free through Amazon Prime.

The description of the table slides and which ones to order was accurate and helpful. The slides came quickly. The direction and set up was easy and the product worked great. Big upgrade for the dining table they were used on. The only complaint around the shop was that the slides were not solid maple, the were solid maple finger jointed together.

Customer service is always great. Product always in stock, arrives in a timely manner, with no flaws. Easy sell to our customers and easy to move through the shop and stain room.

I was blown away how fast the response was from the time that I ordered till the time that the legs had arrived at my shop. The lady on the phone said they didn't have the legs ready to go in stock but that they would get the done and shipped out. This speaks volumes for this company that there process and procedures are in alignment. I wish my company was that organized. I will be purchasing from them again.

the item I received wasn't what I wanted. I called the customer service number and spoke to them about a return. They were very quick, and agreeable. Inherited a knotty pine kitchen table that we intend to use as an island. Needed taller legs to make that happen. Osborne had a great selection with different woods and prices. Was able to choose knotty pine legs in a much more modern style. Have not installed them yet but they are solidly made, no damages to the wood and they arrived very quickly.

Order was received when indicated, great quality, and received a phone call from customer service checking on my satisfaction —- great!

Everything was great except one of the the legs had a shallow socket for the skirt board to fit into. We just had to saw off a bit of the skirt board “peg” area. Sorry can’t remember proper names. Thanks!

The kit is really good. A few things I would change is either providing or recommending a drill bit for drilling out the holes for the long screws that connect from the skirt to the leg. For the red oak it’s hard to drive the screws in directly. A slightly longer bit for the screwdriver would be helpful too.
