It was so easy to find the style of island legs that we wanted for our kitchen. The information and pictures available made it really easy to shop for the island legs. Shipping was fast and they arrived without any damage. They even followed up with a phone call after we received our package to make sure everything was good with our order. Everything about Osborne blew me away. This was my first purchase through them, and for some reason the website wouldn't accept my order. I called their number listed on the page, and in less than 5 minutes the lady on the phone completed my order, and sent confirmation. My table legs shipped the same day and I received the shipment 2 days later. Incredible customer service, and the quality is great. Highly recommend Osborne to anyone, I will be using them again!!
There was a glitch in the order in that the item ordered was out of stock. I was contacted and presented with the situation quickly and was given the time frame the situation would be corrected. I was delayed in may project but I could absorb the change. When another delay occurred I was again notified until the product was shipped. I was appreciative of the truthfulness of the business which allowed me to make decisions about project plans.
Would definitely recommend your high quality products and excellent customer service! Would love it if you had retailer(s) in California though due to shipping costs.
I was blown away how fast the response was from the time that I ordered till the time that the legs had arrived at my shop. The lady on the phone said they didn't have the legs ready to go in stock but that they would get the done and shipped out. This speaks volumes for this company that there process and procedures are in alignment. I wish my company was that organized. I will be purchasing from them again.

Shape and finish of the legs is great but the color match of the pieces of white oak ain't too nice. Even after staining there is a stripey appearance. More care should be taken to glue up pieces that are similar in color.
Everything was great except one of the the legs had a shallow socket for the skirt board to fit into. We just had to saw off a bit of the skirt board peg area. Sorry cant remember proper names. Thanks!
Customer service was very god and delivery was faster than expected.
Only problem is total cast, by the time you add duty, freight and taxes it very expensive. Eight table legs less than ***us cat me nearly ***. cad. I have ordered a catalogue and will see if there is anything else I could use
