- This hardware requires a table base with a minimum interior width of 18" and minimum interior length of 20"
- This hardware when closed is 21" long, 13 1/2" wide and 4 1/2" tall
- When open, the hardware has a 9 1/2" lift and forward movement around 12"

2025-01-30 Material: Flat Black Finish
Double lift top coffee table build with hard maple. I had an emergency and have not installed , but bench tested secured to work bench with different weight applications and product seemed to be EXACTLY what I needed to achieve a perfect lift and close. Assembly looks very straightforward. I gave 4 stars due to the fact I can’t judge any further than what I have done. I can say that once completed it looks like I will be ordering a few more. Thank you.
