If you would like to create a pilaster effect or a column look with your moulding and trim, the Large Swirl Half Round Capital can make it happen! This design can be combined with half round moulding strips, spools, plinths and more for a custom finish. Apply it to cabinetry, furniture, doorways, walls and much more thanks to the flat back. The wooden capital is 4 1/2" tall with a 3 7/8" width and 1 1/8" depth at the top. The base has a 2 9/16" width and 7/8" depth. It is adorned with simple carved details that will add interesting texture to your project.
We offer this wooden capital in several unfinished wood types. Choose a stain or paint grade option and customize this piece to match the rest of your trim. It will be sanded to 150 grit for easy finishing. If this design will complement your decor but it is not the right size, be sure to check out the Small Swirl Half Round Capital (Part #7103) which is great for smaller projects and can be combined with narrower half round mouldings.
