The Massive Richmond Kitchen Island Leg is - as the name implies - a heavily scaled piece with an impressive presentation. The weight of the piece, however, is relieved by the symmetrical balance which frames the shaft at top and bottom. Flanked on either end by 6" tall square blocks, symmetry is again reinforced by the pair of double ring turns that begin after each square. The shaft of the leg itself is ornamented with deep fluting that serves to emphasize the sophisticated look of this piece. The leg is 34 1/2" tall and 5" wide providing ample support for almost any kitchen island design.
Select from a wide range of unfinished wood species, depending on your preference and build specifications. Each leg will be sanded to 150 grit and ready for you to apply your choice of wood stain or paint to the exterior.
