This day in time, customer service and quality is near non existent.
I have dealt with Osborne for many years under different companies.
So, with that being said, as my wife and I are building our retirement home, I knew where I would buy our bar and island legs.
As always, terrific customer service,easy ordering and the best product on the market.

So easy to work with. They responded to my questions quickly and since I had a special order, they provided a drawing for me to approve. From beginning to end, it took only about a week to get my legs and they were exactly as pictured. Im very pleased and Im looking forward to attaching them to my table.

We are extremely satisfied with Osbourne from start to finish. We needed a single leg for an island corner that had to be made longer than the stock item offered. From my request to receiving CAD drawing for approval to receiving the leg across the country, order to delivery took about a week. The white oak product was exceptionally executed. Ready to hand to our finishers. They followed with a phone call to make sure we received the leg and to make sure we were satisfied. Also, we did have to return some parts that just werent the right part for ,our project (nothing wrong with them) and that process was very easy.

The product was impeccable. The packaging even more so. Each leg was individually wrapped including a silica gel packet to absorb any moisture. I would recommend a center hole or a punch mark at the top center of leg to facilitate drilling for a mounting center bolt.
