January 22, 2026I had a minor issue with an order that I decided not to bother with. However, without being prompted Osbornes customer service department reached out to make sure I was totally satisfied with my order. I explained my disappointment and they rectified it immediately. Highly impressed and very appreciative of their customer service level. I thought these times had ended. Glad to see some companies still know how to deliver service!

Did not start my project yet, but table leg dimensions and appearance will suit kitchen table project perfectly. Will definitely recommend Osborne Wood Products to fellow woodworkers.

I first ordered a sample piece of a light rail molding which was a simple process. My only negative comment would be that at only 2 5/8 long, it was much smaller than expected, especially for the $*** shipping fee. I did make a purchase based off of it, as it fit my overall size requirements. I was a bit hesitant, hoping I would love the look with my cabinet style when it arrived. In the end I was very pleased with the molding, as well as the fast 2 day delivery.
