Osborne is a superb company, which I'm very glad to have discovered. Not only are the selection and quality of products outstanding, but the people I dealt with at the company were totally on the ball, pleasant, and helpful. More than just being responsive, they took initiative to check whether everything was OK with my order. This is clearly an outfit that cares about doing things right. The thought crossed my mind to send Osborne a picture of what I made with what they sent me, because my dealings with them conveyed the impression that they would care.

We actually talked about that and looked up the area they are located and now are planning on visiting that area on vacation later this year .

Great telephone service. The representative was so helpful and pleasant even when I had awkward questions or changed my mind on the delivery details. I had previously done a lot of research into table slides and the Osborne parts seemed to be the best available. The parts arrived sooner than promised and I wasn't disappointed; they are really good quality. Very happy and will definitely use Osborne again..

We were able to repair our vintage dining room set and it now opens up for the leaves like new!! It definitely saved a piece of furniture from the land fill!!! January 18, 2026Replacing our kitchen island legs as we start to remodel. The 4 inch legs were excellent, well manufactured and give a more solid look over the previous 3 inch legs. Wall crafted, quickly delivered, and couldnt be happier.!
May 1, 2026I continue to be pleased with Osborne's table products. The table legs from Osborne from my recent order were of high quality materials and workmanship was excellent. When the box arrived I was initially concerned due to the simple cardboard box that fit around the wood without bubble wrap or some other protective layer. There was no evidence of damage to the cardboard and the legs were fine. Just makes me wonder if I got lucky with the shipping given the unprotected wood. Something to consider.

Liked the light rails a lot. Ill need some more stock and a longer piece.
Only drawback is the shipping cost but Ill place an order for what I need shortly.
Its a nice product but charging*** for a 3 foot piece of moulding is a bit excessive. I guess you dont have much, if any, competition.

Orders have always been timely. Workmanship and and quality of the wood has been top notch.
Do think more shipping protection for the ends of the legs is needed. Ends of box for both my orders have been smashed. Two legs had dings in the ends but since the end was not visible, I accepted them.
I had a minor issue with an order that I decided not to bother with. However, without being prompted Osbornes customer service department reached out to make sure I was totally satisfied with my order. I explained my disappointment and they rectified it immediately. Highly impressed and very appreciative of their customer service level. I thought these times had ended. Glad to see some companies still know how to deliver service!
January 17, 2026Packing could use a little improvement - putting hardware in with the table guides caused one end of the box to break open - losing half the hardware if ordered, needing replacement and causing delays
