May 29, 2026I appreciated the personal distance and I found the product to be of very high quality. I think the online directions as to which product is right for you were good but could have been a bit more complete. Perhaps step by step video to choose your product or a bit more on the algorithm which actually led me to the wrong product.

I have used your products for over 20 years. Never have i gotten a defective piece, never. Your staff is great, I missed a discount and they caught it and applied that! Who does that? nobody! Now I have to act better towards my customers well see. I look forward to the next opportunity to order.Always a ones to work with you.

Easy to order, shipped promptly, & easy order tracking.
Product looked very nice.
Also, we did have to return some parts that just werent the right part for ,our project (nothing wrong with them) and that process was very easy.
Product that I received was in excellent condition and was easy to work with
I was surprised to find that it was easy to cut because it was square already
I would definitely use this company again
I had mistakenly ordered PSA backed instead of paper back walnut veneer. I appreciate their efforts to correct my mistake.

May 16, 2026GREAT QUALITY! We ordered some Mission style corbels and 4 legs for our kitchen island. Everything was packaged really well (no nicks). The wood is excellent. We went with white oak for our corbels and are staining them to match some cabinets. They are beautiful. Would definitely buy again. The cost was also less than what I found other places.

May 7, 2026Excellent products and great customer service!! Only improvement would be with the shipping boxes. Each time the box is pretty beat up or parts of the order missing from broken open boxes.
