I called the customer service number with a question and got a prompt answer. Shipping was fast and the quality of the product was excellent. I'll definitely use Osbourne Wood Products for future projects.
August 14, 2025We drove to Osborne to pick up an order and see other items in person before ordering. They were so friendly and helpful. The showroom is very small, but they brought items we requested from the back for us to see. The product quality is great. The only complaint I have is that their shipping costs are very high, even when shipping in state.

Service was great! I had ordered 4 four inch furniture legs months ago for a table I am building and as I finally approached the end of this project, realized that the table would be more stable with a fifth leg. Ordered the leg and within a few days it arrived.

We are in 3 1/2 months in a complete redo of our kitchen along with changing out all our windows. We are near the final touches to complete the new kitchen. I have been looking for a specific trim board. Ours on trying to find the one piece we needed.
After a few hours I found Osborne. They were very cordial, could make the trim board and I picked it up the next day. We installed the piece last Sunday and awaiting the painters to finish the small areas needed painted and then the party will start! Thank you Osborne.
