• Paint/Stain• Wood Glue (optional)• Storage Shelves (if desired)

Ordering Instructions:

Step 1

Head to the Osborne Wood Products website, at www.osbornewood.com

Step 2

Select ‘Customization’ on the menu at the top of the home screen.

Step 3

From the drop down, click ‘Custom Table Base Kits’ and complete the steps choosing your custom design. Select your preferred table leg (we used the Portsmouth End Table Leg - Part #1224), wood species, apron style and dimensions.

Step 4

Enter the table top dimensions (please note that the table top is not included in the order).

Step 5

Add the table base kit to the cart to order.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1

To begin, insert each leg into the pre-cut mortise and tenon joints of the table base. Secure them together using the supplied fastener. Wood glue can be added to the joint, if desired.

Step 2

Repeat this process until all four corners are assembled.

Step 3

Position a corner block in each corner of the base. Loosely install the hanger bolt first, then add the pre-drilled pocket screws.

Step 4

Once all corner blocks are in, tighten the hanger bolts with a wrench. Finish all wooden pieces.

Step 5

Place the table top upside down to center the base and measure for the proper overhang. Secure using proper length screws in the pre-drilled pocket holes.

Step 6

Find the center of the table base and line it up with the center of the storage shelves. Make reference marks for accurate placement.

Step 7

Flip the shelf as needed, then attach using accurate hardware. Depending on your tabletop you may want to pre-drill before this step to avoid cracking or splitting. Be sure to use a drill slightly smaller than the screw size you are using for easy installation. Repeat as needed.
