Atlanta Island Leg Selected for Kitchen Island

Osborne's Atlanta Island Leg, part 1790 is an ideal choice for an island leg with a lower shelf. Our friend David with Seek No Further Farm shared these photos with us of his island project, and we really love the stretchers and lower shelf that not only add stability but some convenient storage as well. Notice that the bottom block of the leg is tall enough to include this sturdy support for the island shelf. And one other feature of this island are the tall skirtboards at either end, and the shallow skirtboards on the sides which allow more room for the barstools when seated. Brilliant!
