Split Frame Table Slides (Standard Slide)
The standard table slide, used for opening and extending standard four leg tables, consists of a series of parallel boards that are able to slide back and forth on smooth joinery with a male and female butterfly notch. Our split frame slides accommodate openings from 26" to 120". Please note: a slide designed for use on a four legged table develops a camber to compensate for sagging at the center of the table. It is important to use the correct table slide.
Osborne Wood Products offers a wide range of table slides for you to easily transform your four-legged dining table into something that can host all of your invited guests. Our standard table slides are made from maple and designed for maximum efficiency. They provide support to an extended table without taking away from the overall aesthetic.
Our standard table slides are used for opening and extending a four-legged table seamlessly. They are developed with a camber to compensate for the natural sag that occurs at the center of a table with four legs. This allows for a smooth, flat surface once the table is extended. The slide features parallel boards that are able to slide back and forth on smooth joinery with a male and female butterfly notch. The standard slides range in length from 20” to 48”, accommodating openings of 26” up to 120”.
